Delivery Times

Please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery once your item(s) has been shipped from our warehouse. In most cases delivery is much faster (2-3 business days). Weekend and after-hours deliveries are un-available.

Additional Delivery Information

Destination Health uses the most cost effective and fastest freight available which consists of a combination of Australia Post and Fastway Courier's for deliveries within Australia.

It is recommended you provide an alternative address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Please be sure to include the business or alternate delivery name in the address information if you are sending to an alternate address.

If no-one is available to sign for delivery at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded or lost, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please email us through our ONLINE CONTACT US service and we can follow this up for you or check with your local post office or postal agency.

Delivery Charges within Australia

We have a flat rate of $10.00 on ALL orders under 3kg's to ANYWHERE in Australia.

Additional kilograms are charged at between $1.00 - $3.00 per kilogram dependant upon your location.

The final delivery charge will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details. 

Melbourne Deliveries

All orders sent to Local Melbourne addresses will be sent by Fastway Courier's. In most cases you will receive your order the next working day.

Country and Rural Victoria Deliveries

All orders sent to these areas will be sent by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. In most cases you will receive your parcel within two working days.

Small Parcels to the Rest of Australia

Packages less than 500gm are sent via the Australia Post Overnight EXPRESS System. Depending on the time you order you should receive your parcel the next working day.

Larger Parcels to the Rest of Australia

All parcels sent to the rest of Australia will be sent either via Australia Post or Fastway Courier's - to ensure you receive the fastest possible service to your specified delivery region.

Fastway Courier's

Please note that Fastway Couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

International Delivery

Destination Health always uses Australia Post's Express Courier International (ECI) service. We have determined that this is the best and quickest way to send international parcels as it is fully traceable and all items are insured. 

International freight is charged on an at cost basis - our site will automatically calculate the freight charge to your country once you have entered your delivery details. The final delivery charge will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details.

Freight

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International deliveries can be arranged. Destination Health reserves the right to restrict parcels to certain destination countries at its sole discretion.

As all of our International freight is automatically calculated using ECI (Express Courier International), this can be a very costly exercise, particularly to some regions.

If you would prefer for us to use an alternate method of shipping, we ask that you contact us via email sales@desthealth.com and advise us of the item/s you wish to order and the freight method you wish to use. Please note, Insurance will be at the liability of the customer and there will be no re-course from Destination Health for loss or damage when using a service outside of ECI. Please visit http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.as to calculate your desired freight method. On receipt of your email, we will send via return email, an invoice for payment.
